Adrian Loader is a seasoned business leader with a career spanning executive leadership, board governance, and coaching/mentoring across diverse industries and international markets. Currently he works as an executive coach supporting senior leaders and emerging talent in navigating organisational change, strengthening leadership capability, and achieving sustainable personal and business growth.

Previously, Adrian served in different roles on various public company boards in the UK, Switzerland and Canada, ranging from chairman through committee chair to non-executive director. Besides extensive international and emerging markets experience, he provided strategic thinking, transformation skills and M&A knowledge to companies – whether undergoing transformation, seeking expansion or facing existential threats. 

Earlier, Adrian’s executive responsibilities included roles as CEO/President, functional director for strategy and M&A, and regional business director in a global MNC. He led complex operations across multiple geographies, delivering significant commercial and organisational results by re-structuring and building high-performing teams, using coaching and mentoring skills first learnt 30 years ago and honed by later experience.

Throughout this career Adrian has had a keen interest in talent management, leadership development and organisation culture, and their relation to performance. Lately, he has focused on technology’s impact in the workplace and how leaders can best handle its opportunities and challenges. Combining board and operational experience through a people centred lens, Adrian brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to the issue.
