Aleksander is a Senior Partner at McKinsey and a leader in its Risk & Resilience practice. He has broad experience in capital markets, corporate finance and portfolio management, supporting both financial and corporate clients on a variety of topics. Focus of his work has been on stress testing (e.g. PRA, CCAR, EBA, Ofgem stress tests), financial restructuring and building resilient strategy. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2009 Aleksander spent ~10 years in structuring / trading roles at Lehman Brothers. He is a CFA charter holder, holds a Ph.D. Finance focused on derivatives pricing, and was a research associate at the LSE.
