Alexander Scheld
Alexander Scheld brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management, with international experience spanning Europe, Asia and South America.
He most recently served as Independent Senior Advisor to the Roland Berger Expert Network, following his tenure as Group Head of Logistics at Holcim, where he led supply chain optimization across more than 50 countries. Earlier in his career, Alexander held Managing Director roles at Kühne & Nagel International AG in Portugal, Thailand and Brazil, and founded SP Log Consulting GmbH.
He brings deep expertise in transport, warehousing and freight operations, with a strong track record of improving service, efficiency and productivity. His key initiatives span logistics digital transformation, e-procurement, operational efficiency, road safety and the decarbonization of heavy-duty fleets.
Alexander holds a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University, UK, and is experienced in leading high-performing, multicultural teams. He is fluent in German (native), English and Portuguese, with advanced Spanish.
