Andrew Hall MBE, Client Partner, Large and Complex Risk & Natural Resources, Howden

Andrew leads Large and Complex Risk relationship with clients. This follows 9 years in the corporate risk and insurance industry, heading global client relationships for the building of resilience and the analysis and mitigation of business risk around the major risk headings including geopolitics, climate, cyber and supply chains. Previously, 32 years in the UK Armed Forces as a senior officer experienced in strategy, risk mitigation and international relations, working across the full range of threats and crisis response. Andrew is also a speaker at events and contributes to thought leadership on strategic risk and resilience.

Andrew has a KCL Master’s in Defence Studies, is a graduate of the UK Defence Academy senior course in higher command and strategic leadership, has an IoD qualification in company direction, and is a Fellow of the Society of Leadership Fellows, St George’s House, Windsor Castle.
