As the Chief Resilience Officer for the Suffolk Resilience Forum, Becky provides strategic leadership for multi-agency preparedness, response planning, and recovery planning across the county. With extensive experience in emergency planning and multi-agency partnership management, she plays a central role in strengthening system-wide resilience, ensuring organisations meet their duties under the Civil Contingencies Act, and driving continuous improvement across local capabilities. Becky is known for her collaborative approach, bringing together partners from across local government, emergency services, health, and the voluntary sector. She is particularly passionate about community resilience and leads initiatives such as the Suffolk Trailblazer, aimed at efficient multiagency responses and empowering individuals and communities to be better prepared for future risks.
