Bob Sawers is Managing Director of Intelligence, Investigations & Security at Audere Group, where he leads a specialist advisory practice supporting corporations, investors, law firms and private offices operating in complex and high-risk environments. His work focuses on intelligence-led decision making, geopolitical risk, investigations, market entry strategy, crisis management and organisational resilience.

Over the past decade, Bob has advised senior executives, boards and government stakeholders on some of the most challenging commercial, reputational and security issues facing organisations today. His experience spans frontier and emerging markets across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa, with particular expertise in navigating political uncertainty, conflict-affected environments and rapidly evolving risk landscapes.

Prior to joining Audere, Bob led consulting practices at Marsh Risk and served in leadership positions within the British Army and UK Ministry of Defence. This included operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and advisory roles supporting national-level crisis management as well as resilience and security policy.
