A proven leader in Resilience, Catia has been responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing a number of global programs, including Strategic Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Scenario Planning, Horizon Scanning and Change Management for multinational organisations. She has been directly involved in issue management for several types of events, such as natural disasters, data breaches, covid-19 and potential reputation affecting incidents.
A keen learner and believer in ongoing development, Catia holds several professional qualifications and memberships, including to the UNDRR’s Corporate Chief Resilience Officers network, and is a driving force in people development. Working in the field she is passionate about, Hospitality and Tourism, Catia’s a keen innovator, future focused and advocate for sustainability. She has created several new approaches to ways of working in her roles, fostering collaboration across the organisation to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
