Christophe Barben

Christophe Barben is Head of Group Security & Safety and Executive Vice President at Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd, where he leads the strategic direction and operational delivery of security and safety across the Group.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate security, complemented by a strong operational background, Christophe has developed extensive expertise in security strategy, resilience, risk management, and business enablement.

His international career has taken him from Geneva to Dubai, where he led regional Security and EHS operations across the Middle East, India, and Africa for Richemont Group, before returning to Geneva to support global security operations.

Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Christophe worked in complex operational environments, leading executive protection assignments for senior executives and high-profile individuals. Known for combining strategic vision with a practical, hands-on approach, Christophe is passionate about building resilient, efficient, and business-focused security programs that protect people, assets, and reputation while supporting organizational growth.
