Danny Ralph is Professor of Operations Research at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is co-founder and Academic Director of the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies, working with organisations in responding to systemic and emerging risks. The risk centre’s outputs include the Cambridge Taxonomy of Business Risks; an ever-increasing family of catastrophe scenarios that are used as business stress tests and available for download at Risk centre publications; and the Lloyd’s Futureset scenarios which use the risk centre’s IP. He is also a founder of Risilience, a spinout from the risk centre which provides climate change risk analytics to organisations, from 5-year balance sheet risk to 25-year decarbonisation strategies. Danny engages with leaders across sectors such as agriculture, fashion, fast-moving consumer goods, financial services and utilities.
