Divakar Pandian is the Founder & CEO of Resilience Next, an enterprise resilience platform helping governments, critical infrastructure operators, and global enterprises embed resilience, automate crisis workflows, and respond with speed and intelligence in moments of disruption. The platform's integrated BCM Next, ERM Next, and Crisis Next suite serves over 2,500 teams across 70+ countries, and is the first of its kind to deploy agentic AI swarms as a native layer of the resilience operating model.

A former leader at PwC and EY, Divakar has shaped national and enterprise resilience programmes across the Middle East, UK, and beyond. His advisory work spans energy, aviation, financial services, healthcare, tourism and hospitality, sovereign wealth, public sector, and mega-infrastructure, including the design and establishment of mission-critical command centres and ISO 22301-certified continuity programmes in high-stakes operating environments.

Divakar is the principal architect of the Global Resilience Standard (GRS 1001-RN:2026), a practitioner-authored, openly reviewed standard with 34 named contributors across 24 countries, and the author of Defluffing Resilience, a practical guide to simplifying business continuity. A regular keynote speaker at resilience summits and global forums, his work connects C-suite vision with frontline readiness, helping organisations protect lives, secure operations, and thrive amid uncertainty.
