Guy Gryspeerdt is a Senior Global Risk, Security and Resiliency Executive who has worked internationally across industry sectors, managing operational risk, business continuity, crisis management, supplier resiliency, technology resiliency and security in financial, retail, manufacturing, technology, and government sectors - successfully delivering complex cross organizational projects with diverse stakeholders for leading organizations globally.  He has successfully designed and implemented programs and their associated resource models, in Fortune 100 companies to provide a proactive posture for the business operations to deliver for their customers and stakeholders.    

Guy has demonstrated strong experience in aligning the risk, security and resilience functions to the organization’s strategic objectives and managing both the change process and subsequent organizational systems, governance, and execution.   He is risk based, data driven and outcome focused and sees robust, practical security, risk, and resilience programs as key business enablers to deliver a competitive advantage to the organization. The programs he has designed and implemented have been recognized internationally by the DRII -Resilience Team of the Year, BCI - Team of the Year & Collaboration in Resilience, Continuity & Insurance Risk Magazine – Excellence in BCP  & Resilience Team of the Year. 

He is a member of The International Advisory Board of BC Management Inc (CA, USA), a member of the UNDRR Chief Resiliency Officer Network, a Board Member of Honeywell's Humanitarian Relief Fund and a Member of the Executive Council for Leading Change.
