Irene is a Senior Manager in the UK Crisis, Resilience Team. She focuses on supporting Energy clients in their proactive initiatives to prepare business leaders and crisis teams for complex events which require rapid decision
making and stakeholder management. She has supported a number of large scale crisis and resilience projects such as:
A UK-wide energy blackout exercise for a UK government department.
Supporting a global energy organisation to become compliant to the NCSC’s Cyber Assessment Framework. This included delivering a suite of 14 response documents, multi-team exercises and training modules for senior Executives and
operational substation staff.
Cyber and storm response crisis exercising for a critical Operator of Essential Service (OES) in the UK.
A Post Incident Review (PIR) for a energy organisation who experienced a supply chain disruption.
