James Butler has been working within the investigative and security recruitment space for 24 years, placing both local and expatriate professionals across 58 countries.  Before founding enteles Search with Chris Meager, James held various leadership roles with security recruitment firms, leading their search practices across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. He also spent time as a Senior Consultant within one of the ‘challenger’ executive search brands in Central London, recruiting across Central Government.  James is passionate about the subject of diversity, actively encouraging his clients to embrace a more diverse and inclusive approach to their recruitment processes.
