Johanna Peterson

Johanna is a cyber security and resilience expert with over 15 years of international experience across public and private sectors in Switzerland, the UK and Australia. She specialises in integrating cyber security, incident and crisis management, and business continuity to enable organisations to respond effectively to disruption. Johanna has led programmes on ransomware response, developed operational resilience frameworks, and orchestrated comprehensive end-to-end exercises. Most recently, she has enabled large, complex organisations to define and operationalise their Minimum Viable Company (MVC): the critical products, services and capabilities necessary to protect customers, revenue and regulatory obligations during disruption. Prior to joining PwC, Johanna was an adviser to the Australian Government on national security and cyber threats, leading multinational teams deployed in high-pressure crisis environments.
