His expertise is in advising families, governments and multinational organisations on how to effectively prepare and respond to incidents of kidnap, illegal detention, piracy, extortion, blackmail and cyber threats. 

John utilises his extensive international experience and expertise to provide clear and practical guidance to ensure clients are able to restore calm and order in a fast moving crisis.
