Konstantinos (Kostas) Stergiopoulos has spent his entire professional career in security operations and management. He joined Nestlé in 2007, the world’s largest food and beverage company, with a presence in more than 190 countries. He currently serves as Head of Group Security, where he focuses on delivering solutions that mitigate organizational risk while maximizing the value of resources and security systems.

Before joining Nestlé, Kostas was Head of Security at VIVARTIA S.A., a holding company, where he was responsible for the strategy and management of criminal prevention, intelligence, cyber security, and crisis management operations. In this role, he led a workforce of more than 50 professionals and managed a substantial operational budget.

Kostas holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He has also completed several executive education programs in business security and management at leading institutions, including IESE, IMD, and Northwestern University.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with cross-functional and international teams to strengthen organizational preparedness and resilience. He is passionate about helping businesses identify, create, and realize additional value through effective security and resilience strategies.
