Lana Djurkin-Koenig is a senior security and resilience executive with more than two decades of experience spanning military intelligence, global corporate security, and crisis management. She has held senior roles at Swiss Re, EY, DHL, and NATO ISAF, where she operated at the intersection of geopolitical risk, corporate resilience, and strategic decision-making. Currently serving as Director of Trust and Security Advocacy Europe at Lenovo, she focuses on advancing integrated approaches to trust, security, and resilience in an increasingly complex risk landscape.

Lana is the founder of the Young Security Professionals Academy (YSPA), Germany-based non-profit which develops early-career security professionals through practitioner-led education and executive mentorship. In partnership with leading CSOs and hosted by organizations including PWC Germany, BASF, Siemens, Novo Nordisk, and YSPA trains young and transitioning professionals across security, intelligence and crisis management.

Through YSPA, she connects experienced practitioners with emerging talent, ensuring critical institutional knowledge is preserved while equipping the next generation to navigate converging global risks. She has served on the ISMA Board and OSAC Germany Steering Committee, advocating for adaptive, inclusive leadership models that bridge experience with innovation.
