Lana Djurkin-Koenig is a senior security and resilience professional with more than two decades of experience across corporate security, crisis management and security risk. She has built and led security capabilities in complex international environments and currently serves as Director of Trust and Security Advocacy Europe at Lenovo, where her work focuses on integrated approaches to trust, security and resilience.

Lana is the founder of the Young Security Professionals Academy (YSPA), a Germany-based non-profit dedicated to developing early-career and transitioning security professionals through practitioner-led education, executive mentorship and cross-generational exchange. Working with leading CSOs and global organizations, YSPA prepares emerging professionals to operate confidently across security, intelligence, resilience and crisis management.

Through YSPA, Lana brings experienced practitioners and emerging talent together, helping to preserve institutional knowledge while preparing the next generation to navigate evolving global risks. She has served on the ISMA Board and the OSAC Germany Steering Committee and advocates for adaptive, inclusive leadership that connects experience with new perspectives and innovation.
