Narmada is a Director for Forensic Data Analytics in EY (Ernst & Young), providing solutions in AI risk, compliance and fraud Data Analytics to clients worldwide.  With a Masters in Data Science, over the last decade she has delivered value to clients by detecting and computing key data points in investigations, quantifying claims in disputes and de-risking Mergers & Acquisitions.   

Passionate about increasing female leadership in the technology sector, Narmada led EY’s Women in Tech group for more than three years and is a TechWomen100 award winner.   

She is an impact investor in medtech and climate tech startups in India through Lavni Ventures and on the advisory board of LERO, a consortium of Irish universities collaborating on software engineering for AI.  She is a trustee for two other charities, Operation Eyesight UK (eyecare for underserved communities in Asia and Africa) and Darbar Arts (Indian classical music promoter in the UK).
