Rachel Higham

Rachel Higham is a highly accomplished technology leader, board advisor and Non-Executive Director with more than 30 years of experience driving digital transformation, technology strategy and business resilience across global organisations spanning financial services, telecommunications, utilities, media and retail. As former Global CIO/CTO for BT, WPP and Marks & Spencer, she has led large-scale technology transformations, AI-driven innovation programmes and cyber recovery initiatives, while building high-performing teams and modern operating models. Rachel combines deep expertise in M&A, technology strategy, product development and growth acceleration with extensive board-level experience, advising enterprises, investors and scale-ups on digital transformation, resilience and innovation. She currently serves as a NED, executive advisor and strategic advisor, alongside her charitable work as a Board member of Macmillan Cancer Support and Chair of its £30m VC Impact Investment Fund.
