Conference Programme

Any effective resilience programme is sandwiched between strong governance, and an audit program that gives reliable, objective assurance that key KPIs are being met. This can be a laborous and inconsistent process. However, new tools and technologies can reduce the workload and provide greater objectivity  - delivering better guidance on quality to both the risk owners and reassurance to top management. This session looks at the practicalities of harnessing these tools, and how it can provide efficiency and continuous development of resilience excellence.
