How do I pay for my registration?

When registering, you can make payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfer.

What is the bank transfer registration process?

  • Upon receipt of full payment, a unique registration code will be issued within one (1) to two (2) working days. This code is required to complete the online registration process. 
  • Each participant is individually required to complete the online registration and accreditation process in order to be granted access to the event. 

Why does the invoice show GEP-Events?

GEP-Events is our registration partner for RWN 2026. Kindly follow the instruction as per the invoice that you received. 

Can I pay after the event?

All interested participants are required to pay before the event.

Should my schedule change, can I cancel my registration?

Written cancellation requests received more than two (2) months prior to the event start date will entitle the participant to a fifty percent (50%) refund of the paid registration fee. Written cancellation requests received within two (2) months of the event start date shall not be eligible for a refund. Send your requests to registration@adaptiveresilience.world.

If I am not able to attend, can I have a replacement take my place at the event?

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the event. Substitution requests made after this period will not be accepted. You may send your request to registration@adaptiveresilience.world.
