What does a Good Resilience Organisation Really Look Like, Balancing Skills and Functional Expertise
Every organisation has unique objectives, risks, values, operations and geographical scope that require an equally unique resilience function. There is no one size fits all, and even within the resilience function, several different skills are likely to be required - creatives, leaders, analysts resource investigators. This session looks at how to design a resilience function from the bottom up, building expertise and business capabilities together to ensure a rounded and complete team. Good teams bring good results, but are rarely the result of random selection of people. Looking at case studies of different organisations, this session will provide guidance on how to build better resilience through optimising human capital.
