Markus Epner is Vice President of Customer Succes and Head of Academy at F24 and a highly experienced crisis and security management professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning the military, aviation, pharmaceutical and corporate sectors. Prior to joining F24, Markus held senior security and resilience roles at organisations including Lufthansa and Boehringer Ingelheim, leading responses to major incidents ranging from terrorist attacks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, he specialises in resilience, crisis leadership and experiential learning, helping organisations strengthen their ability to prepare for, respond to and learn from disruption through innovative training and simulation programmes.
