Registration Terms and Conditions


1. Introduction

By registering for the Resilience World Summit 2026 (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This applies to all participants, including delegates, speakers, sponsors, and guests.

Venue: Church House Westminster, London, United Kingdom


2. Registration Eligibility

  • The event is intended for professionals aged 18 years or older.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You agree to provide updated information if any details change before the Event.


3. Registration Confirmation

  • Your registration is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from the Organiser.
  • For paid registrations, full payment must be received before registration is considered complete.


4. Attendance and Conduct

  • Entry to the Event may be refused if you fail to comply with these Terms or behave in a way that the Organiser considers inappropriate.
  • You are responsible for your own personal belongings during the Event.


5. Photography and Media Consent

  • By attending the Event, you accept that photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken.
  • The Organiser may use such material for Event-related promotion or marketing without any compensation.


6. Fees & Payment (if applicable)

  • All fees are listed in the registration form and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full by the due date specified on the registration form.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your registration.


7. Substitution, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the event. Substitution requests made after this period will not be accepted. You may send your request to registration@adaptiveresilience.world
  • Written cancellation requests received more than two (2) months prior to the event start date will entitle the participant to a fifty percent (50%) refund of the paid registration fee. Written cancellation requests received within two (2) months of the event start date shall not be eligible for a refund. Send your requests to registration@adaptiveresilience.world


8. Changes to the Event

  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event programme, speakers, format, or venue at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of changes, your registration remains valid under the updated arrangements.


9. Liability & Force Majeure

  • The Organiser will not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property at the Event venue.
  • If an unforeseen circumstance beyond the Organiser's control (e.g., natural disaster, government restriction) prevents the Event, the Organiser may reschedule or cancel the Event without liability.


10. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal data will be used to manage your registration, communicate Event details, and handle Event logistics.
  • Your information will be handled according to the Organiser's Privacy Policy.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Host country (United Kingdom).
