Effective decision-making during a crisis requires more than technical expertise or well-developed plans. Under conditions of uncertainty, time pressure, and incomplete information, leaders must be able to interpret rapidly evolving situations, maintain perspective, and make timely decisions that enable an effective organizational response. This workshop explores the cognitive, behavioural, and human factors that influence decision-making in high-pressure environments, providing participants with the methodologies and foundations needed to empower teams, strengthen judgement, and enhance performance when it matters most.
