While we aim to notify all applicants by 30 April 2026 at the latest, some may receive feedback sooner. Submitting early also allows time for any necessary refinements.

Speaker Travel & Visa Information
Speakers at RWN 2026 are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel and accommodation. All expenses related to flights, visas, and lodging must be borne by the speaker.

Please ensure you have a valid UK visa or secure one in time. We strongly recommend initiating your visa application as early as possible.
